Saarthi is building a real-world clinical decision support system, starting with cancer care. In complex diseases, clinical decisions are rarely made with real world evidence. Patient histories are fragmented across reports, scans, notes, and conversations — forcing doctors to spend valuable time reconstructing context instead of focusing on decisions. Saarthi addresses this gap by transforming unstructured clinical data into structured, decision-ready longitudinal context. We organise longitudinal patient histories, surface what matters at each stage, and prepare specialists with the right information at the right time.
