About Safe Space Psychology Centre

Safe Space Psychology Centre is a team of clinical psychologists, licensed counsellors, and registered psychotherapists who are committed to providing humane, compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We strongly believe in an integrated and systemic approach, offering support for individuals, couples, and families. Our therapists are trained in a range of modalities including Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Art Psychotherapy. Most of our therapists are trauma-informed trained, ensuring that our care is sensitive to the impact of trauma on mental and emotional well-being. We also advocate for a multidisciplinary model, working closely with psychiatrists, school, social workers, and legal professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.
