About Safehouse Maintenance Services

Safehouse specialises in maintaining properties for landlords, letting agents and homeowners who want repairs carried out quickly and with minimal fuss, whether it is planned or reactive maintenance. We pride ourselves on our quick response (we aim to respond to all emergencies within one hour) and ability to solve any maintenance problem from heating and plumbing issues, through to carpentry, roofing, decorating, plastering and tiling. Whether you are looking for someone to carry out small handyman repairs, full refurbishments or build extensions, Safehouse Services can help. Safehouse can undertake all safety checks - including landlord safety checks - for clients. This includes Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), Portable Appliance Testing (PAT test) and Gas Safety Certificates (GSC). Another key aspect of the Safehouse service is our quick response times and our helpful Customer Service Executives who take your calls. We offer a 24-hour helpline with a genuine out-of-hours emergency service and a 24-hour technical helpline for engineers and clients. We are proud to be the main provider of maintenance services for two of the UK’s largest letting agents, and complete between 350-500 jobs a week for letting agents. Having been in business since 2016, we are pleased to have thousands of satisfied clients, whether homeowners, landlords, letting agents and tenants. We look forward to making you a happy Safehouse Services client.
