Safety first social care offers a range of services to the Children’s social care sector, with a speciality in Residential Children’s Homes. Our Founder has over 2 decades experience working in the Children’s Residential sector and at every level. Along with 15 years experience delivering training to Residential teams, foster carers and social care teams. Including being a pool facilitator for LSCB. Safety first social care works with providers to ensure that they are meeting the holistic needs of children and young people in their care. Physical and psychological safety, is at the core of everything we do. Understanding there is a significant difference between being safe and feeling safe. For children and young people who have had adverse childhood experiences, blocked trust can mean feeling safe is something they have never experienced.
