We have 2 Govt Approved valuers in Sahasrabuddhe Valuers. Mrs. Vinaya Sahasrabuddhe & Mr. Rahul Sahasrabuddhe Mrs. Vinaya Sahasrabuddhe has been working since 1992 as a valuer. Mrs. Sahasrabuddhe has done B.Arch from Govt College of Architecture & has been (& continue to be refer to latest work order) an empanelled valuer for Mumbai High Court. Followed by Canara bank, State Bank of India , Bank of Maharashtra, Indian Overseas Bank (Renewal in process). Alongwith these banks she has also worked with Dena Bank, Central Bank of India in the past. Mrs. Sahasrabuddhe was one of the 4 valuers entrusted the responsibility of carrying out valuations of the SBI premises after their merger (Letter attached) Mrs. Sahasrabuddhe's name was also suggested to Reserve Bank of India by State Bank of India to carry out valuation of their premises. Valuer Sahasrabuddhe has also worked with Petroleum companies like HPCl & BPCL to calculate value of the land for petrol pumps. Mr. Rahul Sahasrabuddhe has been assisting Mrs. Vinaya Sahasrabuddhe since 2015. Mr. Sahasrabuddhe has done M. Tech EWRE & B.E. Civil. Mr. Sahasrabuddhe has been monitoring & executing all the groundwork for valuation reports submitted by Mrs. Sahasrabuddhe since 8 years. Mr. Sahasrabuddhe is empanelled valuer for HPCL & Janata Sahakari Co-Op Bank.
