Additionally, the Property Appraiser tracks ownership changes, maintains maps of parcel boundaries, and administers exemptions. The Property Appraiser's Office does not determine taxes; but by the County, Municipal, and School Board elected officials, along with the other taxing within Saint Lucie County.
