About Saint Mary's Educational Society

Saint Mary’s Educational Society’s vision is to foster globally recognized educational institutions of enduring greatness. Founded by a teacher couple (Mr B Arogya Reddy & Mrs Y Mary Reddy) in 1981, the Society opened its first institution, St. Mary's Junior College, currently located in Basheer Bagh. It soon became one of the most sought-after junior colleges in Hyderabad. In 1995, to meet the growing demand, a second campus was established at Yousufguda. It was upgraded to an undergraduate college in 2002. St. Mary's College, Yousufguda, quickly gained recognition as one of the best co-educational institutions in Hyderabad. The alumni Hall of Fame of St Mary’s Junior Colleges and St Mary’s College consists of leading personalities in fields as varied as business and politics to film and sports.
