Shibh Al Jazira Precast Concrete Factory is a specialized industrial facility dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and supply of high-quality precast concrete systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects across Saudi Arabia. Established in 2000 as part of Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company’s (SAJCO) strategic expansion into the industrial sector, the factory has played a pioneering role in advancing precast construction solutions in the western region of the Kingdom. Backed by decades of engineering and construction expertise, SAJCO Precast delivers efficient, scalable, and precision-engineered products that meet the highest quality and performance standards. In 2017, the factory further strengthened its production capabilities through the development of a state-of-the-art facility in Madinah Industrial City, expanding its operational footprint to two specialized factories dedicated to precast and hollow core systems. Today, SAJCO Precast operates multiple advanced production lines with a combined annual capacity exceeding 600,000 m², including precast wall and cladding systems, glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), double tee slabs, and hollow core slabs. Supported by a workforce of over 400 professionals and a proven track record of delivering 1,000+ projects, the factory is well positioned to support large-scale, time-critical developments across the Kingdom in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
