About Salaisons Oberti

Notre entreprise est spécialisée dans la fabrication de salaisons sèches, au cœur des Monts de Lacaune (IGP Lacaune). C’est dans cet environnement privilégié du Tarn, à 800 mètres d’altitude, qu’Ernest OBERTI a créé sa société en 1956 en tant que producteur. L’activité de production s’est ensuite amplifiée dans les années 1980 avec une entrée dans la grande distribution. Depuis 2022, les salaisons OBERTI ont rejoint les autres entreprises régionales d’Alliance Terroirs, valorisant le savoir-faire charcutier français. Avec notre équipe de 65 salariés, et nos 3 ateliers de fabrication à Lacaune, c’est plus de 60 ans d’expertise et de savoir-faire qui sont perpétués tous les jours.
