About Salisbury Block Management Ltd

SALISBURY BLOCK MANAGEMENT LTD Salisbury Block Management Ltd was formed in 2012 and whose intention is to now fill a much needed gap in the surrounding market place for frustrated leaseholders and Right to Manage Companies of developments ranging from 3 - 30 units per block. Company founder, Angus Shield, has over 20 years practical and administrative experience within the private residential marketplace as a contractor, letting agent and block manager. “Having just retired from WSB Property Management Ltd after nearly 14 years of private residential property management and successfully introduced the Block Management Service into WSB 2 years ago I quickly identified the slim selection of Agents flexible enough to provide a personal service to small and mid-sized residential blocks without imposing their service model intended for much larger developments with all the fees attached. We received many enquiries from leaseholder landlord clients who were simply frustrated with their prevailing arrangements; many of the firms were not even near our locality.” “The aim of Salisbury Block Management Ltd is to listen to the needs of the leaseholders within the terms of their lease and then create a model that suits their block with a carefully considered Service Charge Budget, matching the appropriate contractors to serve their needs reliably and fairly and to look around the market place to see if they really are getting best value for money such as from energy suppliers and insurers.” “Most importantly is to visit and communicate with the blocks regularly and I can offer a number of existing clients who I have demonstrated this too. I am also very pleased to continue to offer existing clients my services as WSB are now returning to their prime service of Residential Letting.” Salisbury Block Management Ltd can be found at 83-85 Crane Street, Salisbury, SP1 2PU. 01722 580590.
