About Saltworth

The world of recruitment has changed. The barriers to entry have vanished. With a few clicks, anyone can access the same online profiles. AI can write job descriptions, filter resumes, and even run first-round interviews. But this has created a new, more dangerous problem: a cycle of automation talking to automation. AI-written resumes applying to AI-written job posts, screened by AI bots. Everyone’s communicating through their AI champion of choice. What could possibly go wrong? The answer: a disastrous flood of costly hiring mistakes waiting for the “open” market to pick up. This is where we come in. We embrace AI to handle the mundane. We focus on what technology can’t do. We hire people, not algorithms. We vet for substance. We speak to you. With AI ghostwriting the market and 28% of jobseekers admitting to using its “poetic licence,” the line between authentic and fabricated has never been blurrier. People are crying out for someone to just tell them the truth. We trust our intuition, back our experience, and call out BS to uncover what’s actually real. While bots screen fabricated resumes, we’re building genuine commitment. The meaning behind Saltworth says it best: people worth their salt, doing work worth paying for. We present professionals who carry the Saltworth rosette of approval. You’ll meet them well before the rest of the market even knows they’re looking. Tired of the data-driven doom loop? When you call us, you’ll speak to someone who understands your world and knows how to make things happen. Because sometimes, you just want to pick up the phone and talk to a proper person who knows what they’re doing. Contact John Knight directly 0402 234 813
