About Salumificio Viani

It was on Sollecito initiative in 1922 that Viani’ started its activity in Certaldo a little town between Florence and Siena, first as simple artisans than since Sollecito’s son Alvaro joined the Company, it has expanding until today Our latest production plant was opened in 1997 in San Gimignano, and in 2011 a new wing was added to the original structure where only cured hams are produced.
