About SAM BAT - The Original Maple Bat Corp.

Created by Sam Holman, SAM BAT was the first Major League sanctioned maple baseball bat and a favorite with the pros. SAM BAT hit its first home run in 1997 when Joe Carter snuck our then unsanctioned bat onto the field. "When you first use them, it's a totally different feel from a normal bat. After you use them you don't want to go back." - Joe Carter - The New York Times. 6-19-'98 Our mission is to craft the best wood baseball bats available anywhere. We only have one quality of wood for game bats - pro. 73 Home runs in a season and 762 home runs in a career. SAM BAT holds the records. Set your own records with a SAM BAT!
