About SAMA CREATIVES

At Sama Creatives, we design thoughtful, story-led environments that connect people to place, heritage, and each other. Founded by Emilie and Karl Marsden, we are a multidisciplinary design studio combining creative direction, spatial and graphic design, and photography to bring meaningful stories to life. Our work is rooted in collaboration and curiosity — creating spaces that invite reflection, connection, and understanding. We specialise in crafting bespoke exhibitions, interpretive installations, and visual narratives that resonate. Whether we’re working on large-scale heritage projects, creating immersive museum displays, or developing intimate community features, we focus on delivering work that is visually compelling and emotionally engaging. Our services include: - Exhibition & interpretive design - Storytelling & portrait photography - Creative direction & project development - Installation & experience design - Visual identity & campaign support We have collaborated with a range of national and regional clients, including Lloyd's Register Foundation and Portsmouth Historic Quarter, as well as local initiatives. Each project is approached with care and integrity, ensuring the stories behind them are represented authentically. Whether designing interactive exhibitions, developing visual campaigns, or creating immersive experiences, our goal is to ensure stories are not just told — they’re truly seen and heard. We believe in the power of human connection and the potential of creative work to transform how people engage with their world. Let’s work together to create something with purpose. 🌐 www.samacreatives.com 📍 Based in the UK, working nationally and internationally.
