Samen Thuiszorg is een zorgaanbieder actief in Rotterdam, Den Haag en omgeving. Als thuiszorginstelling staan we voor een persoonlijk verbonden zorgvisie: dichterbij de cliënt voor een optimale verbinding. Een goede verbinding met elkaar, maar met familie en maatschappij.
