Sampson Morris Group is a Commercial and Residential real estate organization in western PA. We have over 60 years of successful experiences in real estate development and property management. Creativity, capacity and value are hallmarks of each project. The commercial team has developed and manages about 2.5 million square feet of commercial properties. These parks are designed to accommodate office, laboratory, research, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution tenants. The residential team manages 2000 manufactured housing lots and 1500 apartments. Sampson Morris Group has the expertise to see value in existing real estate products and respectfully re-purpose them into valuable assets.
