About San Diego Harbor Police Foundation

The San Diego Harbor Police Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our waterfront community by supporting the officers and team of the Harbor Police Department. We prioritize officer and team wellness, helping ensure those who protect San Diego Bay are healthy, supported, and ready to serve. We invest in youth outreach through educational programs like Read with a Cop and recreational activities that build trust, confidence, and connection with local kids. The Foundation also supports critical community safety programs, including Help Stop Human Trafficking awareness and response training. Together, we’re building a safer, stronger, and more compassionate waterfront for all.
