About San Diego Homeless Court Program

The Homeless Court Program works based on a referral system from an approved HCP provider to handle misdemeanor, traffic and parking cases. Once you complete their requirements, they will send a referral to us. From there, we will schedule you for the next available session so your tickets can be dismissed. The list of approved providers is here http://bit.ly/sdhcp. Along the bottom are the categories - click through them and reach out to any provider that could assist you. If you have an outstanding warrant or hold on your license, you can attend one of our pop-up events to clear that while you are pending a full referral from your provider/case manager.
