Our Mission San Pedro Fit Works offers appointment-based personal training and group fitness classes. Our vision is to provide high quality training that is backed by our formal education, experience, and certifications from the top governing bodies in the fitness industry to individuals living in the South Bay communities. We believe in building a family atmosphere that welcomes every person at any stage in life within the community. Who We Serve We provide services to a wide array of clients that span from high school athletes, stay at home parents, working professionals, weekend warriors, families working to increase their fitness, master’s athletes, and elderly citizens.
