About Sand Sherpa

Authentic desert camping and safaris that make nature the star attraction. Sand Sherpa operates in the UAE's first national park, the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, comprising five percent of the emirate's land mass, preserved especially for nature. Our adventurers gain new appreciation for a side of Dubai all too rarely seen - the awe-inspiring beauty of the desert and its habitats of dunes, tree groves and gravel plains with an abundance of life. Stay in unique camping trailers and travel in vehicles adapted from the military that retain their ruggedness but add a touch of comfort for an enjoyable stay. Our proprietary Nomad Ways programme brings the values, knowledge and skills of nomad people into the consciousness of school and corporate groups with unique activities that go beyond those of normal team building. Our aim is to connect and to re-establish that we are all a part of nature in the very best preserved environment that the UAE has to offer.
