About Sandglass Hotels & Villas Collection

Sandglass Hotels & Villas is a Collection of boutique, luxury properties in Costa Rica and Greece, in destinations largely untouched by tourism. Designed for explorers, each property curates adventures to bring guests closer to local communities through food, culture, traditions, nature, and the people who live there. DESTINATIONS IN REMOTE, EXOTIC LANDS At Sandglass, we focus on lesser known, up and coming destinations to build our properties. Places that are untapped, and untouched by tourism. Where part of the adventure is getting there. These are places where small towns and villages dot the landscape, if there are even towns and villages at all. Where local people welcome you with open arms, and immerse you in their history, culture and traditions both on- and off-property. We like to think of our destinations as the last great frontier. These places that remind us of why we’re alive, of our desire to explore and discover. Places so remote you really have to want to go. Welcome to the far reaches of the earth. Welcome to Sandglass.
