About Sankofa Yoga & Wellness Center

Sankofa Yoga & Wellness Center is a 7,000 sq. ft. wellness space devoted to helping people reconnect to themselves, their community, and their purpose. What began as a neighborhood yoga studio has evolved into a comprehensive wellness center, a home for yoga, meditation, movement, education, and community-centered healing. Our campus includes multiple studios, classrooms, gathering spaces, and a café designed to nourish both body and mind. Through the Sankofa School of Wellbeing, we offer a growing catalog of personal enrichment and professional training programs — from foundational courses in mindfulness and yoga to advanced teacher trainings, somatic studies, and cultural wellness practices. Sankofa has become a hub for whole-person wellbeing, blending movement, meditation, education, and culture in ways that help people not just feel better, but live more fully. It’s a space where individuals come to reset, learn, and grow together, and where community is the practice.
