About Sapia Builders Corp.

Sapia Builders offers nearly 60 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry. A third generation family business, our focus is on providing high end, uniquely designed, and crafted homes to homeowners throughout the Connecticut Shoreline. We pride ourselves on delivering original, masterful homes and one of a kind renovations that represent both the highest quality and craftsmanship in the area. Built on the 60 year success of Mario Sapia Sr., Sal Sapia, and Nick Sapia, the company maintains an impressive portfolio of new home construction and remodels. Sapia Builders strives to deliver cutting edge designs that architects and designers envision. From a project management perspective, we believe in working closely with our clients, as well as architects, designers, and trade professionals to produce a winning team. This successful team effort truly enables the entire construction process from pre-construction to move-in with a constant stream of communication. As a small company, Sapia Builders closely monitors cost structure and strives to always maintain a competitive platform. By focusing on details and utilizing new technology, we are constantly improving our operating methods every day. We pride ourselves on being truthful and honest with all our clients. We communicate and document all project information to ensure that our clients both get the best value and are comfortable that we are doing everything possible to work on their behalf.
