About Sapphire Recruitment

At Sapphire, we're not just another agency; we are the result of a dynamic partnership between two friends who share a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. For us, there's no greater thrill than knowing we've profoundly influenced someone's life. Those electrifying moments when individuals weren't even searching for opportunities, yet we swooped in unexpectedly. Recruiting, to us, is a passionate dance akin to the art of courtship. It's about immersing ourselves in the essence of individuals, exploring every nuance, and igniting sparks of potential. Our Story - Our venture into recruiting started individually until our paths crossed in 2019. Haley reached out to Jeanette with a straightforward question- would you be open to a conversation? Simple as it sounds, anyone acquainted with recruiter messages understands that compatibility isn't guaranteed. As it happened, that moment marked the inception of a remarkable journey. We found ourselves recruiting each other into various companies, consistently celebrating each other's successes, and offering support during challenging times, including layoffs. Our drive and passion led us to one conclusion- always bet on yourself.
