Sara Kep's Kitchen is a catering and meal prep company based out of Thurmont, MD. We offer family-style dinners and individual meal preps made with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible to all of Frederick County, MD and some select surrounding areas. Catering, private chef experiences and in-home cooking classes are also available. For these specialized services, we reach beyond Frederick County, MD to include Montgomery, Carroll and Washington counties, as well as areas around Leesburg, VA and Washington, DC. Our meal preps include calorie and macro-nutrient counts to help you reach your health goals.
