About Sarah J Naylor, Exec Coach & Mentor, Speaker, Author & Podcast Host

Passionate about helping 50+ women who are ready to say, “Sod it”, get more confident, put themselves first, and to really LOVE life! Do you want to feel stronger, more confident, and resilient to life’s challenges? Are you struggling to rebuild your life post-divorce or children leaving home? Are you scared to take the first steps towards unlocking the real you? Do you envy other people who appear to have the perfect life? Are you ready to create a whole new life for yourself but don’t know where to start? Do you want to be more YOU?! In 2005 my life looked very different to the amazing life I now live. The intervening years have been challenging and I have embraced a huge amount of ongoing personal, spiritual, and professional development. I learned how to parent my son (my ex dominated it), create an amazing network of friends (from scratch), re-programme my mind, embrace the real me, self-employment (including setting up a limited company), qualify as a coach, publish a book, create a successful podcast, find love, and ultimately love the life I’ve created for myself. I’ve remained positive throughout, believing wholeheartedly that everything is working out wonderfully. Perspective is everything! You too can create the life you desire – everything is possible you just need to believe in yourself, connect with your passions and take steps to make it all happen! If you are ready to kick start your life and live life on your terms, then please do get in touch – I’d love to help you to love your life as much as I love mine! Message me here for an initial chat - I look forward to connecting. #naylyourlife #harnessinghappiness #apemindset coaching | confidence coaching | mindset coaching | life coaching | positive psychology | happiness | dream life | new life | authentic life | coaching for women | transformation | career coaching | manifesting | law of attraction | spiritual
