About Satakieli media

Satakieli is a multilingual media that publishes journalism that crosses language and cultural borders. Our aim is to increase the diversity of voices in the Finnish media landscape. Satakieli seeks out topics and perspectives that are of interest to foreign-language communities living in Finland and brings to the public eye themes and people from these communities that are often neglected by the big media.
