The SATAP Motorway Operator holds the concession to manage the Turin-Milan motorway section. These motorway run for a total of approximately 130 kilometres, crossing the territories of the Lombardy and Piedmont regions. The company is part of ASTM, international industrial group active in the sectors of freeway network management under concession, design and construction of major infrastructure works and technology applied to infrastructure. In concessions, the Group is the second largest motorway operator in the world. In Italy, ASTM's motorway network connects the main cities of the north-west, stretching across Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Liguria, and Tuscany.
