About Satori Recovery - Addiction & Dual-Diagnosis Mental Health Rehab

Most rehabs tell you about their facilities. The pool. The sunshine. The Mediterranean air. Nice things, of course. But none of them actually fix addiction. What fixes addiction is honesty, proper clinical care, and a place where people can finally stop pretending everything is fine. That’s what Satori Recovery exists for. Based in Manilva, just outside Marbella in southern Spain, Satori is a private addiction and dual-diagnosis treatment centre for people dealing with drug and alcohol dependency alongside underlying mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. If you or someone you love has reached the point where things clearly aren’t working anymore, this is where the real work begins. Clients come to Satori for medically supervised detox, psychiatric support, individual therapy, group work and a structured recovery programme designed to rebuild stability and long-term sobriety. But more importantly, they come here to change the direction of their lives. Recovery isn’t about removing substances and hoping everything magically improves. It’s about understanding the thinking, behaviours and emotional patterns that led someone there in the first place. That’s why Satori combines clinical expertise with lived recovery experience and a community built around accountability, support and real change. The result isn’t just sobriety. It’s the chance to build a life that actually makes sobriety worth keeping. Because when the environment changes, the thinking changes. And when the thinking changes, everything else can too.
