About Sauce Masters

Sauce Masters is a boutique consultancy firm specializing in providing comprehensive support for supply chain, procurement, and subcontracts management. We apply industry experience to help clients evaluate proposals, develop negotiation strategies, and prepare effective contracts that achieve the required business results. We also offer hands-on guidance and tailored coaching to help contracts and supply chain professionals with day-to-day operational effectiveness. Our unique value? We bring top-tier, hands-on expertise to the table, helping you negotiate the best deals with your suppliers and subcontractors, and craft contracts that protect your interests. Since we’re semi-retired, this is our passion project—we’re here to have fun, but also to make a real impact for our clients. Think of us as your on-demand, contract-based supply chain and subcontracting professionals, ready to deliver results without the overhead of a full-time team.
