About Savanna Group LLC

Savanna Group is a public policy consulting firm that facilitates change by enabling innovations to unlock health and economic opportunities across East and Southern Africa. Too often, policies get stuck in bureaucracy or lack the right stakeholder buy-in—we bridge that gap by providing strategic advocacy, technical assistance, and hands-on implementation support. We don’t just advise; we work alongside partners to turn ideas into policy agendas and develop structures that translate policy intentions into action that creates impact.
