About SAVE Family Foundation

SAVE Family Foundation is a Sacramento and Yuba City-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening physical and mental well-being among vulnerable populations. We develop thoughtful solutions, foster trust, and work alongside partners to build ethical, sustainable systems of care. We serve individuals and families facing barriers that impact their mental and physical health, stability, education, and overall well-being—including those experiencing housing insecurity, mental health challenges, economic hardship, trauma, and those in historically underserved communities. Our programs include maternal mental health support, therapy access initiatives, community-based care, and partnerships that address the core drivers of health. Through our community-centered approach, we reinvest support directly back into the communities we serve. Guided by a commitment to selfless service, SAVE works alongside communities to support health, dignity, and joy for all.
