About Scalelogic Solutions

Scalelogic Solutions Inc. is a Vancouver-based IT consulting firm helping Canadian small to mid-market organizations build, deploy, and run modern digital workplaces and AI-powered solutions. We work across two complementary practice areas: Microsoft Platform Delivery: Azure, M365 implementation, governance, and adoption; Microsoft Fabric and Power BI data platforms; Power Apps and Power Automate process automation. Fixed-price engagements with repeatable delivery IP means predictable cost and no scope surprises. AI Solutions & Advisory: Private AI knowledge appliances deployable on-site or in the cloud; Bots scoped for HR, IT, and Finance use cases; AI-assisted document processing, reporting automation, and workflow intelligence. We help organizations move from AI curiosity to AI operations, with a subscription model that includes ongoing support and expansion. Our commercial model is built around outcomes. Clients choose fixed-price or T&M engagements, with milestone-based payment structures and SLA-backed delivery. If you're evaluating a Microsoft investment, exploring what a private AI deployment actually looks like in your environment, or want a straight conversation about fit and cost, reach out.
