About Scenic City Shakespeare

Scenic City Shakespeare is a 501c3 nonprofit theatre startup founded in the fall of 2019. During the 2020's pandemic shutdown of theatre venues Scenic City Shakes spearheaded the #RemoteTheatre movement presenting 4 fully staged productions using unique techniques to bring actors in their homes together on one virtual stage. As SCS moves forward they continue to develop groundbreaking theatre techniques including SMART STAGE, a fully portable and eco friendly production venue.
