About Schafer Farms Inc.

Here at Schafer Farms, we have a long history, 139 years to be exact, of excellence. This excellence is born out of genuine care for our environment and animals, unparalleled integrity for the people working with and around us, and absolute respect for the generations that have preceded us. Our seven-generation family farm focuses on value-added and service-driven components of beef and pork production and is nestled in the creeks, bluffs, and valleys of beautiful southeastern Minnesota.
