About Schellinger Capital ApS

Schellinger Capital is a strategic fundraising advisory firm specialising in seed, series A and early-growth rounds for technology companies. We help founders create clarity in their investment case and run a disciplined, structured fundraising process that builds alignment and momentum with investors. Drawing on Thomas Schelling’s coordination theory, we focus on making the underlying logic of the opportunity transparent so investors can quickly form a shared understanding and move toward alignment. When clarity drives the process, momentum follows. We apply this thinking through four tightly connected elements. Analysis - distilling the business into a clear investment logic: what drives growth, what creates value, and what requires explanation. Narrative - shaping a coherent story that connects traction, strategy, and ambition in a way that is intuitive for investors to grasp and communicate internally. Materials -translating the investment case into decision-ready materials that present information consistently and support confident assessment. Process - maintaining pace, structure, and coordination throughout the round—ensuring forward movement and clarity across all interactions. Across all phases, our principle remains simple - carity enables alignment, and alignment drives momentum.
