About Schepmont Group, LLC

Schepmont Group is a contingency-based recruiting firm focused on manufacturing and industrial companies across the United States. We help companies hire the people who actually keep operations running - from maintenance technicians and machinists to engineers, supervisors, and senior plant leadership. Our work is centered around the roles that are hardest to fill and most critical to production. We work closely with each client to understand their operation, equipment, and team structure so we can target candidates who are genuinely a fit - not just on paper, but in the real environment they’ll be working in. Unlike traditional recruiting models, our searches are contingency-based: • No upfront fees • No cost unless you hire • 60-day guarantee on every placement We handle the entire process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer acceptance, allowing our clients to stay focused on running their business. With every placement, we are vested in the long term success of our clients and candidates.
