About School District of New Berlin

The School District of New Berlin prides itself on "Expecting Excellence" with our inspiring students, outstanding educators and support staff, and supportive community. All of these attributes make our schools extremely successful. Our school district operates as a Professional Learning Community - where we put student needs above all else. We have four Strategic Goals which focus on improving student achievement to ensure all students are college and career ready; recruiting, retaining and recognizing our high quality staff; being fiscally responsible to honor the investment of our community members; and creating mutually beneficial partnerships to help our students succeed. We have many points of pride in academics, athletics, the arts and community service. Our high schools consistently are ranked among the best in the nation by news organizations like Newsweek and the Washington Post.
