About School Partnerships Alliance (S.P.A.)

We are a charity dedicated to developing meaningful, sustainable cross-sector partnerships between schools. As the emerging national voice for collaboration between state and independent schools, the S.P.A. supports the building of partnerships that improve outcomes, widen horizons, and unlock opportunities and experiences for all children, particularly those facing disadvantage. Our over-arching objective is to be a force for school improvement and the strongest pupil outcomes, informed by research and driven by impact. To achieve this, we need to: • Raise the profile, status and access to partnership working • Better understand and evaluate the impact of partnership working • Equip partnership leads with a common language and framework that will help schools at every stage of partnership engagement and development.
