About Schuster Consulting Group

Founded in 2004, Schuster Consulting Group has built a reputation for rigorous governance design, disciplined strategy development and structured program delivery, particularly in contexts characterised by complexity, contested issues and diverse stakeholder interests. We work primarily across agriculture, food production, natural resource management and technology. Our focus is on helping organisations establish clear governance frameworks, articulate coherent strategy and translate intent into executable plans. This includes strategic reviews, program architecture, implementation roadmaps, project and portfolio management and structured stakeholder collaboration and engagement processes that enable informed decision making and durable outcomes. We support industry bodies establishing or refining assurance and conformity systems, service providers seeking structured approaches to adoption and practice change, government agencies requiring robust policy and program design and private entities delivering major initiatives where governance discipline, risk management and delivery oversight are critical. Our work integrates planning, stakeholder alignment and performance monitoring to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Our approach is analytical, structured, collaborative and outcome-oriented. We prioritise clarity of mandate, defined accountabilities, transparent decision pathways and practical implementation mechanisms.
