We are based in center city Philadelphia area and our services extend to Northern New Jersey and Delaware. We are technical consultants hired to plan, design and manage your network infrastructure, servers and PC’s. Collectively our staff is A+, Microsoft, Oracle and Webmaster certified. We are an accredited member of the BBB, and are licensed and insured. We provide a list of well-defined services and tasks on an ongoing basis with specific response times and resolutions. Normal managed services include 24/7 monitoring, 8 – 6 phone help-desk support for day-to-day IT problems. Customers receive phone, remote and onsite support for a flat fee monthly or annually
