About Scryla Consultancy Ltd

Most startups hit a point where technology starts slowing them down instead of driving growth. Without clear leadership, development becomes reactive, product roadmaps shift, and delivery keeps getting delayed. Investors start asking tough questions. Costs spiral. And without a CTO to connect business strategy with technology, it’s easy to feel like you’re making decisions in the dark. That’s where Scryla comes in. We provide fractional CTO services and strategic technology advisory for startups and SMEs that don’t have in-house tech leadership but need expert guidance. Whether you’re struggling with slow delivery, messy architecture, or scaling challenges, we bring the clarity, structure, and leadership to get things moving in the right direction. How We Help ✅ Technology Strategy & Roadmaps – Aligning tech with business goals so you scale without chaos. ✅ Accelerating Product Delivery – If builds are slow and deadlines keep slipping, we identify the real blockers and fix them. ✅ Investor & Board-Level Tech Advisory – Helping you navigate investment rounds and build confidence in your tech stack. ✅ Tech Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation – Making sure your architecture, security, and team are ready for scale. ✅ On-Demand Fractional CTO Support – Leadership without the full-time commitment, flexible and scalable to your needs. We’ve recently launched Novidian, an on-demand fractional CTO service by the hour, so startups at any stage can access high-quality technology leadership when they need it most. 🚀 Startups move fast. Your tech leadership should too. If you're facing slow product delivery, tech growing out of control, or investor concerns about scalability, we should talk.
