The firm was founded by Jennifer Timinis, a UK trained lawyer, with over 16 years experience in the international and local superyacht industry. Our team provides the market with spot on, expert and transparent consultation and advice on cruising and operating in Greece as a commercial or private yacht. We are experts in our field and can advise Owners and their teams on: • Greek chartering regulations • Acquisition of Greek charter licences • VAT and customs matters • Ownership structures • Yacht registration We have deep industry knowledge and specialised expertise in superyacht ownership.
