Sea Love Healing is a mental health practice dedicated to fostering growth, healing, and resilience through compassionate, client-centered care. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their experiences, process past challenges, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. Our therapeutic approach is relational and personalized, grounded in evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for trauma processing. We work with teens, adults, couples, and families, offering tailored support for a range of mental health concerns, including addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. To increase accessibility, we offer sliding scale options through our associate therapists, who work under licensed supervision.
