About Seazen Resources Capital Group

Seazen Resources Capital Group Limited and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are principally engaged in security brokerage and underwriting services, asset management services, and money lending services in Hong Kong since 2012. The Group has two licensed corporations to carry out types 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities supervised under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The money lending business of the Group is mainly providing mortgages, personal loans, and corporate loans to small to medium-sized companies in Hong Kong. The Group has been involved in 42 bond placing deals and 28 IPO underwriting deals from 2018 to 2021 with a total amount of fundraised of about US$9.9 bn. The Group also manages three flagship funds, Global High Yield Fixed Income Fund, Multi-strategies Fund, and Student Housing Fund in Hong Kong for its valuable investors. In 2017, Seazen Group Limited ("Seazen"), a listed company on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with a stock code of 1030, has become the major shareholder of the Group. Headquartered in Shanghai, Seazen together with its subsidiaries, including Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd., a Shanghai-listed company with a stock code of 601155, (the “Seazen Group”) are principally engaged in property development (including residential, commercial and mix-used properties) and operating investment properties (i.e., Wuyue Plazas) in the PRC with a focus in Yangtze River District since 1993. The Seazen Group has been ranked top 20 in terms of total contracted sales since 2016 and second in terms of operations of investment properties in the PRC since 2019. Currently, the Seazen Group owns and manages over 100 Wuyue Plazas in the PRC. The Seazen Group also has other businesses related to its real estates business, such as elderly homes, children's theme parks, and theatres with the slogan “spreading happiness and realizing dreams”, making the process of obtaining happiness simple with professional abilities.
