About Sebastian Property Services

What do you think of when someone mentions cleaning? Is it dread, fear, anger or disappointment? There seems to be a common belief that all cleaning contractors are the same. Just as all cars are not the same, so it is with cleaning. Our philosophy is that our clients should not have to worry about whether the cleaners did their job last night. It should be a given. We’ve been providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services to businesses and industries since 1976. One of the reasons that many contractors fail to deliver what they promise is that their staff are not engaged, not trained or in some instances are not their staff. They may be contracted by another contractor and another and so on. Our employees are employees, they are paid correctly and fairly. WE DO NOT SUB-CONTRACT. Our values are fairness, wellbeing, respect, passion and precision. Every business decision we make is filtered through these values. Having satisfied the requirements of SGS global for our ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 4801 Safety Systems ensures that when you work with us, you will be working with a company that delivers a quality, safe and environmentally sustainable outcome. Our services include: - Office cleaning (10 - 10,000 staff) - Industrial cleaning and factory cleaning - School and university cleaning - Accommodation & residential cleaning, housekeeping and property services - Retail cleaning - Builder's cleans and corporate waste removal - Specialist tile and grout cleaning - Specialist floor and wall cleaning - Specialist carpet and upholstery cleaning - Cleaning products - Flood damage and mould removal
