SECOM JOSHINETSU CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in security business. It has two business segments. The Security segment offers centralized system, such as home security system, and alarm system to offices, factories, schools and financial institutions; resident system, such as security personnel in buildings, factories, financial institutions, public facilities and hospitals; the prevention of fire and loss; access control of buildings and the monitor of facilities; cash transportation system, including the transportation security system for cash, securities and valuables, replenishment of cash in automated teller machines (ATMs), as well as the collection of sale proceeds from retail stores, as well as security products, including surveillance cameras and system utilizing fingerprints and identity cards (ICs). The Others segment is engaged in the medical business, as well as electrical works and construction works. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had three subsidiaries.
