About Seddon Street Property Management Limited

We’re a family-run property management team with over 20 years’ experience caring for rental homes across Upper Hutt, Wellington, Kāpiti, Levin, Foxton and Palmerston North. We manage your property like it’s our own – with honest pricing, no hidden fees, and personal service every step of the way. We help you understand what’s involved; the good, the bad, and the ugly. We have long term relationships with a large circle of professionals needed to succeed; from Mortgage brokers to Lawyers, Accountants, Trades and Real Estate Agents. We manage your property with the same care and attention as we do our own. For tenants we provide you a great home, one that is warm, comfortable, dry and where you feel safe, secure and at home.
