Seed Mother is an evidence-based maternal education program that focuses on matrescence, or the transition to motherhood, created by Julia Sarewitz and Victoria Trinko. Designed, developed, and researched at Columbia University, our program supports and empowers mothers through the journey to becoming a mother using education, ritual, and community.
