About Seedlings entreprise à mission

How can we ensure resilience and prosperity in an increasingly uncertain and complex world? A deep and lasting transformation is essential. Changing a system starts with transforming the people who bring it to life: their engagement, mental models, ways of collaborating, and the meaning they give to their actions. Raising awareness is not enough. We need deep transformation. We support pioneering companies committed to building a fairer economy that respects planetary boundaries. Our mission: to give everyone the desire and the power to act—at every level. Our approach: organizational coaching. By working simultaneously at multiple levels of the organization, we help you co-create a resilient and desirable future with all your stakeholders. We support you within a safe and energizing space, with a joyful spirit, to cultivate systemic thinking, spark meaningful conversations, explore new possibilities, and experiment with generative practices. We are a team of expert coaches—authentic, caring, and joyful: - Experienced coaches in guiding the human dimension of complex organizational systems. - Catalysts of regenerative transformation, personally committed to bold and sustainable transitions. Members of the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA) and coaches for the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC). - A diverse team, combining varied profiles and synergistic talents, with a recognized ability to think outside the box and support large-scale transformation. - International expertise, with experience working with multicultural teams in both English and French. - A Mission-Driven Company, bringing high energy and standards to generate powerful and lasting impact.
